We are located in Timmins, Ontario, Canada.
Canada Post Strike 2025
Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, we are currently shipping orders through UPS and Purolator. Please note that these carriers can be more expensive, especially for larger, heavier, or rural deliveries. If the shipping cost exceeds our regular $25 Ontario flat-rate or $35 out-of-province flat-rate, we may contact you to approve the additional charges.
If you choose not to accept the additional shipping fees, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a refund.

Shipping to Canadian Destinations
We offer shipping in Canada only. For most orders, we offer $25 flat rate shipping in Ontario and $35 flat rate shipping for out of province orders. Exceptions may apply on large/heavy orders. Some courier options are available in Northern Ontario (Kapuskasing, Cochrane, Iroquois Falls).
Shipping to International Destinations
We do not offer international shipping at this time. For special requests, please contact us at info@nobotimmins.com.
Local Pickup Policy
Wreaths, Swags & Garlands
Orders are to be picked up in Timmins, ON. Pre-orders will be prepared for the date you select when ordering. You can reference this date on your order confirmation.
Shower/Sauna Bundles
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available on select dates for $10 in Timmins, Schumacher, Porcupine and South Porcupine, ON. If the delivery date you would like is not listed please get in touch with us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Shower/sauna bundles are only available on scheduled pickup dates in Timmins, ON. We will add the next scheduled pick up date in the product description. Please be advised that sometimes our pickup notification emails may be sent to your junk mail folder. We will also post pickup information on our facebook page.
If, for whatever reason, you are unable to pickup your order on the scheduled pickup date please contact us as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements. Fresh plants are perishable. If you do not pickup your order or contact us to make alternative arrangements, we reserve the right to postpone your pickup date in order to ensure the quality of our products.
