Where are you located?

We are located in Timmins, Ontario, Canada. 

Where do you ship to?

We now offer $25 flat rate shipping in Canada and free shipping on orders over $150. Some courier options are available in Northern Ontario (Kapuskasing, Cochrane, Iroquois Falls).

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. For special requests, please contact us at info@nobotimmins.com.

When will my order be ready for pickup?

All orders are custom made. Orders are usually ready in approximately 5 business days unless otherwise stated. We will contact you when your order is ready for pickup.

Can I order through facebook messenger, facebook comments, by text or phone?

In order to streamline the ordering process, all orders must be placed through our website. You will receive an email to confirm your order. If you require help placing your order, please contact us.

What payment options do you offer?

We accept payments by debit/credit card, email money transfer or cash.

Do you charge tax?

Yes, we charge Canadian sales taxes according to your region.

What currency does your store operate in?

Checkout is available in CAD only. 

Do you have a store front?

We do not have a store front. We participate in pop-up shops and occasionally have multiple items available to see in person. Please contact us if you are interested in seeing our available products.

Where are your products made?

Our creations are handmade in Timmins, Ontario. We source our products from multiple suppliers. For sustainability reasons, we strive to source as many products locally as possible.
