All workshops begin at 6:00PM and end at 8:00PM.

Full payment is due within 14 days: Sunday, November 9th, 2025

Minimum of 10 participants or $1100 + HST.

Maximum of 25 participants.

Workshops that do not meet the minimum may be cancelled.

Please notify us as soon as possible if your group size changes — we’ll do our best to accommodate, depending on inventory.

Tickets are non-refundable as fresh materials must be ordered in advance.
Clean Up:
At the end of the workshop, we kindly ask that all participants help tidy the workspace.

Photography & Video Recording for Marketing Purposes:
By participating in this event, you grant permission for photographs and video footage to be taken during the event. These images may be used for promotional and marketing purposes by the event organizers. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the event staff on-site.
Cancellation Policy:
Workshops are non-refundable due to the perishable nature of our fresh materials, which are ordered specifically for you in advance. If Northern Botanicals must cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., power outages, severe weather, or emergencies), participants will have the option to:
1. Reschedule for a future workshop date (subject to availability), or
2. Receive a credit toward a DIY Artisanal Wreath Kit.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled workshop, you may transfer your spot to another individual by notifying us in advance. No-shows or cancellations without prior notice will not be eligible for rescheduling or credit.
